The September 29 Paradise Works update describes paving approaching completion and additional finishing work during October. Its listed October 6 Elliott Road night work is a scheduled activity, not a completion report.
Why a tour should include the route
Drive the approach to the home and look at how the driveway meets the road. Ask whether planned shoulder, drainage, or other finishing work could affect access. A smooth new road surface does not answer questions about a private driveway, private-road maintenance, or drainage on the parcel.
Use the latest map before you go
Check the official construction update close to your visit. For a planned move or contractor delivery, ask the project contact about the specific street and date. Keep temporary construction inconvenience separate from the long-term access and maintenance questions in your property review.
